Join Ada Parks & Recreation for this free community event! The Bark at Ada Park Dog Expo is designed to bring together dog lovers from across West Michigan. Grab the leash and bring your K9 companion along for an afternoon of connection, exploration, and fun.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet and interact with a wide variety of dog-centric vendors and service providers, including trainers, veterinarians, groomers, pet spas, boarding facilities, food providers, and more. Whether you're looking for expert advice, new products, or trusted local services, you’ll find it here.

Most importantly, this event is all about community. It’s a chance to connect with fellow dog lovers — and who knows, you might just meet your new favorite walking buddy.

Free to attend. No pre-registration required for guests

Join us for a creative night out at The Mud Room on May 6 from 6:15–7:30 pm! We’ll be painting pottery, hanging out, and supporting a great cause— 20% of sales will benefit Pleasant Hearts Pet Food Pantry. 💛

Tanger Outlet Pet Expo

This event will help educate how to end pet homelessness and helping others understand the problem. Vendors will include humane societies, rescues, local pet vendors, pet trainers, groomers, pet sitting, and animal hospital wellness. 

Last year’s event featured 11 rescues, humane societies, 14 vendors and over 60+ pets find furever homes. This year we are hoping to double that with your participation, we can make a difference and find the best homes for all the pets and clearing out the shelters and grow your business as this event has been a big attraction to our communities throughout West Michigan.

Tanger is pet friendly and recently added dog watering stations at our center.

Open to the community— you do not have to be a Pleasant Hearts client to receive this service!

Dogs must be leashed with an acceptable collar/harness. Cats must be in carriers. (If you need a good collar/harness/leash/carrier, let us know!)

Microchips and vaccines will be administered by volunteer experienced vet techs/assistants. Donations accepted but not required.

Free Microchip & Vaccine Clinic, #2 of 3 for 2025

Dogs & cats. While supplies last.

Open to the community— you do not have to be a Pleasant Hearts client to receive this service!

Dogs must be leashed with an acceptable collar/harness. Cats must be in carriers. (If you need a good collar/harness/leash/carrier, let us know!)

Microchips and vaccines will be administered by volunteer experienced vet techs/assistants. Donations accepted but not required.
